It was only a couple of weeks ago that I took a drive down Churchill Line, (probably the first time in 30 years!), went past the "Klein" farm and thought to myself, "I wonder how Anne and Adolf are doing?". I'm sorry to hear of Adolf's passing. He was always so friendly and gentle. My condolences to the entire family.

My deepest condolences to you Ann and all the Kidds and Grand Kidds!
I really liked and respected Adolf in a special way!
I met him 22 years ago for the first time and the second time we met I was the lucky guy where he sold his farm too!
We became gute Freunde!
He thought me a lot what I didn't realize at the time most of the time!
But as smart as Adolf was he backed up a little and let me make my mistakes!
That made our friendship a lot stronger when I realized what he did !
He was a nice very smart man who always liked to help people!
I seen his white golf driving buy almost everyday looking at HIS farm and I knew he enjoyed the progress their!
Was also their when big dissasasters happened not running on front but when he had a chance he put his hand on my shoulder and with tears in his eyes he asked if he could help which he knew he couldn't but he had the courage to ask!
Showed me again what kind of a man and Friend he was!
When I decided to go to the states he warnt me don't buy I didn't listen and went!
I should have listened!
I was never planning to sell his farm but in the fight to survive the states bullshit after 5 years we had to sell!
After we had to come back I tried to buy it back but that didn't work!
The price I had to pay for not listening to Adolf again!
We did visit when I could but not often enough always busy you know which is oke but at moments like this you which you would have done that more often!
When I was their for a visit not that long ago and we where talking about farming!
He told me why he really wanted to farm!!!
And I was stunned when he told me crying that he would make sure he always could feed his family!
What a man what a man!
I thought a lot about that statement and it showed again what kind of a man he was and he succeeded very well in everything he did!
Many people arround him should take him as a sample fit what he all did and the world would become away better place!
Ann and Kidds I know it's a big loss but he is a better place and left you guys with lots of good memories!
Enjoy them and each other and he will look down with a smile and will say to his Friends their LOOK THEY ARE MINE!
WHICH YOU ALL THE BEST my Friends!!!
The Vendrigs!!!!!!!
