Obituary of Robert Alan Kirby

It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert Alan “Al” Kirby announces his passing at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the age of 81. Loving husband and best friend of 37 years to Dorothy Kirby. Dear father of Lesley (David), Carole (John), Alayne (Don), Todd (Jenn) and Sean (Melissa). Cherished grandfather of Angela, Stephanie, Brandi, Claire, Paula, Kaleb, Gwen and Evelyn. Al will be fondly remembered by his 7 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Richard (Sue) and his sister-in-law Carol. Will be missed by his 3 great granddogs and his cat Missy.

The family would like to thank the nurses at SMGH-2^nd floor, especially Sarj; for the exceptional care they provided to Al.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion-Watford Branch 172, 5275 Nauvoo Rd, Watford, ON; on Thursday, March 28^th, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to DENNING’S OF WATFORD In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
