Auld: Robert John

November 5th, 1932- November 11th, 2017

Peacefully at the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Bob passed away in his 86th year. Beloved husband and best friend for 64 years to Joyce (nee Thomson) Auld of Strathroy. Loving father of Joan Burden of Sarnia and John (Joanne) Auld of Kerwood. Cherished Papa to Shannan, Melissa (Hos), Ron (Lisa) and David (Laura). Great Papa to Gweneth, Gracelyn, Tucker and Cameron. Survived by his sister Norma (Don) Dolbear, brother-in-law Doug Patterson, sister-in-law Audrey Auld along with many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his son Ron Auld (1962), parents Robert and Mary Auld, siblings Bernice Redman, Helen McLachlan, Bill Auld and Susan Patterson.

Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on Monday, November 13th, 2017 from 5-8 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held at DENNING’S on Tuesday, November 14th at 11 a.m. Rev. Carey Wagner officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Lung Association or a charity of one’s choice.
