To Fred's family:
My dad Ken Campbell lived across the hall from Fred at Fiddick's. Fred and my dad shared the same birthday - November 10th and we enjoyed celebrating both birthdays with cupcakes. We enjoyed talking to Fred and hearing his stories about working in Northern Ontario. He was a kind and gentle man and we miss seeing him at Fiddick's.

My sympathies to Fred's family, I miss having my little chat with him every day. He was a very nice gentleman. My thoughts and prayers will be with the family on Thursday

I remember Fred from when we lived across the road from one another on Zion. Though a quiet man, he was always friendly and would lend a hand when we needed help blowing snow. I am sorry to hear of his passing.
