Obituary of Doris Edwards

Edwards: Doris Mary (nee Barnes) Peacefully at Watford Quality Care on Saturday, April 8th, 2017; Doris Mary Edwards of Watford in her 96th year. Wife of the late George Edwards (1988). Daughter of the late Sidney and Mary Barnes. Dear mother of Wayne (Islay) Edwards of Watford, Marilyn (2014) (Ray) Hanson of Strathroy, Brenda (Garry, 2014) Barker of Pembroke and Norma (Randy) Hills of Alvinston. Ever loved by her grandchildren Kevin (Jane), Margaret, Ken, Beth, John (Jacqueline), Jenny (Ed), Nicole (Ashton), Becky (Bob) and Krissy (Scott), as well as great-grandchildren Paul, Brian, Cameron, Hailey, Oliver, Harper and Lincoln. Sister-in-law to Donna Birch, Madeline McCallum, Rita Harris, Myrna Wallace and Helen Edwards. Predeceased by brothers Harold, Wilfred, Jerry, Lloyd and twin brother Bernard and sisters Mildred and Elva. Remembered by many extended family members. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on Wednesday, April 12th, 2017 from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 12 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Community Living-Sarnia-Lambton.
