Obituary of Russell Ernest Arnel

Surrounded by family at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Saturday, January 16th, 2016, Russell Ernest “Ernie” Arnel passed away at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Norma (nee Emerson) for over 50 years. Loving father of Mary Jane and William Datema, Rob and Kim Arnel, and Jim and Mary-jo Arnel. Cherished grandpa and poppa of Travis, Curtis (Emily), David, Megan, Aaron, Austin, and Logan. Ernie is survived by his siblings Melvin and Betty Arnel, Cecil and Marjorie Arnel, Frances Bright, and Ellen Chambers. Predeceased by his granddaughter Jaden Lynn (2001), and brothers-in-law Eldon Bright and Gary Chambers. Ernie will be missed by his extended family. Friends and family will be received at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on Tuesday from 6 to 9pm and again on Wednesday morning from 11am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12pm.
