Our condolences to Bob & Family. Margaret was a wonderful neighbour to us for over 10 years. She always seemed to keep very active as long as she could. May she rest in peace. Our thoughts are with you.

Paul and I enjoyed Margaret so much when we lead worship services at the home. I never had to worry about the music . She knew every hymn I would pick out. Sometimes she would want the three of us to sing something she would pick out. We will miss her . Paul and Lois Marley

I have so many wonderful memories of Mrs King and the way she inspired my love of close harmony and "a capella" singing. I always loved singing in her choirs, double trios and triple trios. I'll treasure those memories forever. Bless you, Mrs King. x

I'm sorry to hear of the death of Mrs. King. She played the music for my parents 50th wedding anniversary mass. Her choir that day consisted of all of my dutch relatives who were here from Holland for the anniversary. Language was not a barrier for Mrs. King and Dutch and Canadians got along just fine! We spent many an hour discussing knitting issues, as in her telling me where I had gone wrong in the pattern or the construction of an article. She was a great lady.

Where to begin? So many delightful memories of Margaret...meeting her first as I was minister to her mother....then many, many times of serving with her at Watford Quality Care, Victoria Manor, community services and funerals. Always a smile, a love for music, an ear for what would be fitting for occasion, a conversation about family - church -community - always touched love, always with a positive spirit. I so enjoyed every moment with Margaret...and will always remember singing "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands", with the key raised for each verse. Margaret played from her soul - laughter, a beat, a sense of the music and the way music touches and lifts hearts and minds.
I am grateful to God for all those memories..and that the music lives on in heaven...I imagine Margaret and Sheila Beaton are leading a choir!!
