William Percival “Percy” Heath 

Peacefully, surrounded by family at Watford Quality Care Center on December 29, 2023, William Percival “Percy” Heath passed away at the age of 94. Percy was predeceased by beloved wife, Marilyne Heath. He was the proud father of Kathy (Nathan) Ikert, Bill (Shirley) Heath, and John (Audrey) Heath. He was the loving Grandfather of Karyn (Dustin) Font, Zack (Kristina) Ikert, Elise (Eric) Soepboer, and Juliette Heath. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren Maya, Lucy, Grace, Lyla, Astrid, Alden, and Oriana. 

After more than three decades as a lawyer in Lambton County, Percy retired and remained active in the Watford-Warwick Community.  He served multiple terms on the Warwick Township council.  He was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge and the Watford Rotary Club.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Watford Quality Care Center for the wonderful care Percy received in the last few years of his life.

Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on Friday January 5, 2024, from 12:00pm until 2:00pm. A funeral service will follow immediately after at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Watford Cemetery,
