I was saddened to see Dirh's obituary in the most recent University of Guelph's alumni magazine. Dirk was a true gentleman and valued and supportive colleague of mine at Kemptville College during the 1970's.
We were saddened to learn of Mr. Buth's passing. Both he and Mrs. Buth were very nice people. We met them when out daughter and her children lived next door to them briefly in West Lorne. We had the opportunity to talk over the fence a number of times while we were visiting, we always enjoyed our chats. He was a real gentleman. Our condolences to his family.
With sympathy on the loss off a very fine gentleman. Duncan and I always enjoyed the times we spent with Dirk and Donna at Knox church West Lorne and in more recent years at Argyle church Crinan. May they rest in peace.
Marci & Karen, So sorry to hear of your fathers' passing and sorry Bonnie & I didn't get to see him at Beattie Haven one more time after our last visit in Oct.
