Obituary of Henry Vermeiren

Peacefully with loving family at his side on Monday, March 4th, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospice in Sarnia. Henry Vermeiren of Watford at the age of 80. Henry will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Mary and by his loving children Adrian (Barb) of Watford, John (Mary) of St. Thomas, Jenny (Bill) of Strathroy, Rick (Cindy) of Watford, Nancy of Watford and Shelly (Alan) of Watford. Henry will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Erik (Brenda), Becky (Pat), Kaitlyn, Jason (Jen), Josh (Mandy), Derek, Christie (John), Cory, Mitch, Crystal (Willy), Brittany (Derek), Cody, Kelsey (Mike), Jesse (Darby), Courtney and Stephanie and by great grandchildren Conor, Eva, Alex, Max, Paige, Jillian, Ben, Sarah, Kate, Taylor, Julia, Mikayla, Hunter and Aubree. Henry is survived by his brothers Louie, Edmond, Frank and Neil (Erna). Henry is predeceased by his parents Adriaan (1982) and Joanna (1989) and by his grandson Brent (1984). Also remembered by his brothers and sisters-in-law Joanna and Gust, Anne and Gerald, John and Anne, Gerald (2008) and Mary, Nellie and Archie, Josie and John, Cora and Ted (2007, Ada and Archie, Kathy and John, Willy and Martin and Jack and Julia. Visitation will be held at the WATFORD CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS (232 Warwick St.) on Thursday, March 7th, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 8th, at 11am at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Watford. Father Gerard Bedard Celebrant. Interment to follow at the Watford Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the St. Jospeh's Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
