Obituary of William Braun

Peacefully at the Norman Site of Bluewater Health on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012. William McKinley Braun of Forest in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Marguerite (nee Osborne) of 57 years. Predeceased by sister Barbara Postian and brother Allan. Cherished father of Nancy Wands (Dave) of Burlington, Bill (Pam) and Bob (Patsy) of Forest and James (Linda) of Ilderton. Proud grandfather of Jessica (Junior), Billy (Candace), Bobby (Julie), Danny, Nick, Kristy-Lyn and great grandfather of Riley and Jet. Also survived by his sister-in-law Winnifred of London. Bill served in WWII for the RCAF Squadron 422 Sunderlands, was past president of the Forest Legion and worked for the Forest P.U.C. for 39 years. Visitation will be held at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS on Friday, June 8th, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place at the Forest United Church on Saturday, June 9th, 2012 at 1pm. Rev. David Dyke officiating. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
